Cash Asset Management team is where we manage liquidity and balance sheet solutions across 160+ professionals in seven global locations. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Payment Lifecycle Associate to join our Cash Projections Service.


As a Payment Lifecycle Associate in Cash Asset Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's largest and most time-sensitive payment positions are accurately managed, controlled, and communicated. You will work at the heart of our liquidity operations, partnering with Treasury, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver resilient cash management solutions. This is a high-visibility role where your insights directly shape decision-making and financial outcomes across the organisation, offering real ownership and meaningful career progression.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee large-value currency positions, ensuring precision, timeliness, and data integrity.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies, proactively managing risk through timely escalation and resolution.
  • Operate with a strong control mindset, ensuring issues are fully owned and resolved end-to-end.
  • Support supervisory processes aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with service leads, operations, and change teams to improve outcomes and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives that reduce manual exceptions and enhance data quality.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen end-to-end processes.
  • Support team coverage within a dynamic, global operating model.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive culture by sharing best practices and ideas.
