As Intermediate Engineer you provide general engineering support across the PMCM team's site supervision and monitoring activities, on RCRC's behalf. The role is deliberately cross-disciplinary: you work where the site team needs cover, across civil, roads, drainage, utilities and landscape works. It is site-based and reports to the Site Engineer / Construction Manager.Responsibilities· Support inspections and day-to-day site supervision across the disciplines under construction.· Assist with Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals and technical record-keeping.· Collect and compile progress data for the site team's reporting.· Support QA/QC monitoring — ITPs, inspection records and NCR tracking — and contribute to quality reporting.· Assist coordination among the parties on site: the Lead Developer's teams, subcontractors, utility providers and RCRC representatives.· Support testing and commissioning activities, and the assembly of close-out documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.· Over 7 years' relevant experience with a degree, or 12 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree· Site engineering experience on infrastructure or land development works, with exposure to more than one discipline.· Working knowledge of site documentation and QA/QC: RFIs, submittals, ITPs, NCRs and progress records.· Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Arabic; both is an advantage.Preferable· Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.· Saudi Council of Engineers registration, or eligibility to register.· Experience on large-scale land development or infrastructure programmes.· Familiarity with a project management information system (PMIS) and formal document control.
