Requirements
6 months –2 years of relevant experience in shipping agency or maritime operations.Previous experience with a shipping agency is a must.Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.Basic understanding of shipping documentation and maritime operations.Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build their experience in shipping agency and maritime operations within a professional and fast-paced environment.About the RoleAs a Junior Shipping Agency Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of shipping agency activities, communicate with different stakeholders, and follow up on vessel and shipment-related operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and follow up on daily shipping agency operations.Communicate with shipping lines, vessels, clients, ports, and other relevant parties.Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping and vessel-related documentation.Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational updates.Follow up on Delivery Orders (D/O), Bills of Lading (B/L), and other shipping documents.Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations.Follow up on pending issues and support the resolution of operational delays.Maintain accurate records and provide updates on ongoing operations.Support the team with other shipping agency and operational tasks as needed.
