Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner, specifically with mixed-use development projects.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.Comprehensive understanding of construction planning, scheduling methodologies, and project controls.Ability to manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and contractors.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and recovery planning.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
