Role overview The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. Key responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of neurological conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings. Evaluate and manage conditions including stroke, epilepsy, headaches, movement disorders, neuromuscular conditions, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological disorders according to expertise. Develop individualised diagnostic and treatment plans based on clinical assessment, investigations, and patient needs. Interpret relevant neurological investigations and coordinate additional diagnostic assessments where required. Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuroradiology, rehabilitation, emergency medicine, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Provide patient and family counselling, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
