Requirements
The Order Taker will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining, greeting guests, answering menu questions, recommending and upselling items, and ensuring service standards. This role also involves training and mentoring the team of waiters, managing revenue targets and costs, participating in daily briefings, and liaising with other departments for outlet presentation and cleanliness.

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.You will be in charge of warmly greeting guests when they call In-Room Dining, answering any questions regarding the menus on offer, recommending and upselling menu items through your in-depth knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.Serving others is your passion, you will ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition, and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.You will also be in charge of training and mentoring the entire team of waiters, ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
