About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bartender in Lah Lah - Service to join Zabeel House The Greens.Identify and meet guests needs, provide appropriate bar services, and assist guests in recommendations, upselling where appropriate to provide knowledgeable and bespoke serviceMix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes. Curate recipes specializing in fine beverages and unique cocktails in accordance with theme of the outlet/function or as required by guestsMust be able to assess and manage guests needs and recommend excellent wine and food pairing as per theme of the outlet or as required by guests. Where possible, upsell Beverages to guests based on their need, choice, and selection Work closely with Bartenders serving all guests and support them as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery Ensure all drinks transactions are processed, registered, and settledSetup the bar appropriately, ensuring the visuals and merchandise are placed appropriately. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology techniques, wines, spirits, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service, with the ability to maintain high quality and consistency. Proven ability to lead and train bartending team members, manage daily bar operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests, handle feedback professionally, and drive beverage sales through effective recommendations and upselling. Good understanding of inventory control, stock management, cashiering procedures, and compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and service standards.
