Duties include ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing and storage area, and supporting kitchen operations by keeping workstations and surfaces hygienic and ready for use.

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and storage area. Support kitchen operations by keeping workstations and surfaces hygienic and ready for use. Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures. Assist with the receipt and storage of kitchen supplies when needed.
