Apt Resources is seeking a Team Leader – Dairy Cattle Feeding Operations to oversee daily feeding activities, ensure optimal herd nutrition, and lead a team in maintaining the highest standards of animal care and farm productivity of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily feeding operations for dairy cattle.Ensure feed is prepared, mixed, and distributed according to established feeding programs and nutritional requirements.Monitor feed quality, inventory, and storage to minimize waste and maintain freshness.Lead, train, and motivate the feeding team to achieve operational excellence.Ensure feeding schedules are followed accurately and consistently.Monitor cattle health, feeding behavior, and body condition, reporting any concerns to farm management.Coordinate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and other farm departments to support herd performance.Maintain cleanliness and safety of feeding equipment, feed storage areas, and workstations.Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity, animal welfare, and workplace health and safety standards.Keep accurate records of feed usage, inventory, and daily operations.
