This role involves maintaining store presentation standards, assisting customers with product knowledge, and executing operational duties such as housekeeping and security aspects. As the face of the brand, the representative is expected to exemplify positive behavior and uphold company policies.What You Will Do:Customer ServiceCreates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness to provide a high level of customer service.Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and a friendly greeting.Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, captures customer information in the database, and maintains cash wrap cleanliness.Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner, and attempts to add on to the sale.Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invites them back.Operational SupportAssists the Store Manager with day-to-day Store Operations including opening, closing, store management cover, and security aspects.Runs the store in the absence of the Store Manager if required.Trains new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) operation and is responsible for corrective actions at the POS.Ensures compliance with in-store procedure regarding pricing and ticketing to protect the company against losses.General ResponsibilitiesParticipates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions.Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand, and the company.Participates in all inventories and assumes other duties as assigned by store management.Meets or exceeds weekly sales goals and adheres to company policies and procedures.Required Skills To Be Successful:Strong customer service orientationProficient in POS systems and sales transactionsExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to work flexibly with peers and managementWhat Qualifies You For The Role:High School Degree1-2 years of retail sales experienceGood verbal communication skillsAbility to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hoursAn eye for fashion trendsFriendly demeanorAbout Al-Futtaim RetailAl-Futtaim Retail has established itself as one of the leaders in Retail across the Middle East, Africa & Asia over the past 30 years.
