Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant, with a strong focus on MENAiTech solutions. Must have in-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the MENA region, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives is also required. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
