Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Must have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations. Experience in chemicals, FMCG, or industrial distribution is preferred. Technical skills include ERP system knowledge (JDE preferred), strong Excel and reporting skills, and understanding of logistics and order management processes. Import/export procedure knowledge is advantageous. Strong communication, coordination, customer-orientation, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Role Purpose:To ensure excellent customer service and efficient logistics execution by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, supporting supply chain operations, and maintaining seamless communication between customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.The role is critical in ensuring on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across assigned business segments.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service ManagementReceive, process, and monitor customer orders accurately and on timeAct as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to:OrdersDeliveriesProduct availabilityComplaints and claimsProvide proactive updates on order and shipment statusCoordinate with sales teams to ensure customer expectations are managed effectivelyEnsure high service levels and customer satisfaction2. Sales Order (SO) ProcessingCreate and manage Sales Orders in ERP systems (JDE or equivalent)Verify pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery requirementsCoordinate order confirmations and delivery schedulingMonitor pending orders and resolve system or operational issues3. Logistics CoordinationCoordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and transport providersFollow up on inbound and outbound deliveriesSupport import/export logistics activities and shipment trackingEnsure proper delivery planning with warehouses and transport partnersMonitor transportation performance and delivery timelines4. Warehouse & 3PL CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse and 3PL providers to ensure:Timely dispatchAccurate stock handlingBatch and expiry controlMonitor stock movements and delivery executionSupport inventory accuracy and operational efficiency5. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure accuracy of logistics and shipping documentation:Commercial invoicesPacking listsDelivery notesShipping documentsSupport customs clearance documentation when requiredEnsure compliance with company procedures and local regulations6.
