Requirements
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Good knowledge of Egyptian HSE laws and regulations.Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.HSE certifications such as Safety Specialist (mandatory), NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH are highly preferred.Experience with ISO 45001 and environmental management systems is an advantage.Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Touch Media International is seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist to join our team at 6 Sigma Factory in El Obour City (Anshas)If you are passionate about creating a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and driving a strong safety culture, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across the factory.Ensure compliance with Egyptian HSE regulations and company standards.Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.Deliver HSE induction and ongoing safety training for employees.Monitor the proper use of PPE and promote a strong safety culture.Manage emergency preparedness plans, fire safety systems, and evacuation drills.Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and records.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems (preferred).
