The role will support accelerated market launch, operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on patient access and business impact.Tasks and Duties:Drive Strategic Project Delivery by planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross-functional projects to ensure at least 95% are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.Accelerate Innovation & Market Readiness by supporting project execution that reduces development timelines and facilitates timely product launches while ensuring compliance with SFDA and MOH requirements.Strengthen Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration through regular governance meetings, effective communication channels, and proactive alignment of stakeholders on strategic objectives.Provide Business Insights & Reporting by developing dashboards, performance reports, and actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and financial objectives.Identify and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives by introducing innovative solutions, preparing project charters, and driving projects through PMO stage-gate processes.Enhance Operational Excellence by tracking action plans, resolving project challenges, maintaining communication rhythms, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
