We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee, streamline, and lead our cleaning service operations across Dubai. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of daily site deployments, client satisfaction, workforce scheduling, and operational administration.Key Responsibilities1. Staff Deployment & SchedulingDesign and execute daily, weekly, and monthly deployment rosters for cleaning crews across commercial, residential, and corporate sites.Manage fleet logistics and transport arrangements to ensure teams arrive on time with complete equipment.Handle emergency coverage, last-minute schedule modifications, and peak-demand workforce allocation.2. Operations & Field SupervisionPerform regular, unannounced site visits across Dubai to inspect cleaning quality and ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and consumables; control inventory usage to minimize waste.Enforce safety protocols, local labor regulations, and health and hygiene standards on all client sites.3. Record Keeping & AdministrationMaintain comprehensive operational logs, including daily attendance, deployment records, overtime sheets, and site inspection reports.Track inventory movement, equipment maintenance schedules, and machinery repair logs.Prepare weekly performance and operational cost reports for senior management.4. Client & Team ManagementServe as the primary operational point of contact for clients, addressing feedback or service requests promptly.Supervise, train, and mentor cleaning supervisors and field staff to maintain high standards of service.Conduct performance evaluations and manage team onboardings and site inductions.
