The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from the conceptual phase through to completion. This role requires a professional who is not only creative but also highly proficient in industry-standard design software to produce accurate design solutions and construction documentation. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design excellence on every project. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring daily presence at our office and project sites .Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development: Develop creative and functional design concepts, space plans, and mood boards in alignment with client needs and project objectives . Select and specify all finishes, materials, fixtures, and furniture (FF&E) .Technical Documentation: Produce accurate and detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documents. Prepare finish schedules, specifications, and material selection documents .Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of the design intent. Attend on-site meetings, conduct site observations, and assist in resolving construction and site issues .Client Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients. Effectively communicate design concepts and revisions to ensure client satisfaction .Required QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in an interior design or architecture firm .Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge and proven experience in the following:AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit (highly preferred or mandatory) SketchUp (mandatory) Technical Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, building codes, and construction methodologies .Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
