Requirements

Minimum 10-12 years of experience, including 4+ years in a senior managerial role within infrastructure for a property developer, municipal authority, city community, or major utility provider. Must possess strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, budgeting, financial control, and project scheduling capabilities, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
