Who You Are4+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial servicesProven track record of hiring across multiple functions — commercial, tech, and compliance experience especially valuedHands-on sourcer — you're not a coordinator waiting for CVs to land, you go and find the best peopleExperienced with ATS platforms (Workable experience a strong plus)Confident managing senior stakeholders and C-suite hiring processesComfortable operating across multiple time zones and regions simultaneouslyBased in Dubai or willing to relocate — hybrid setup with flexibility built inFluency in English essential; Arabic or additional languages a bonus
