1.Job Purpose:Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing key customer accounts across enterprise and government sectors. The role focuses on delivering value-added technology solutions including Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management & Digital Archiving Solutions, Scanning Solutions, Asset Tracking, Barcode & Labeling Solutions, and related IT services.The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong business development skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.2.Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Technical teams.Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records.Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales Targets.3.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3–5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.Experience managing enterprise and government accounts 4.Skills: Enterprise SalesAccount ManagementBusiness DevelopmentSolution SellingGovernment AccountsNegotiationCRMSales ForecastingIT Solutions
