Requirements

Description
Key Responsibilities:Organize and review all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, journal entries) and ensure accuracy.Reconcile daily cash operations with recorded sales.Review purchases and match them with revenues.Monitor collections, cash flow, balances, and accounts for each client.Supervise supplier balances (accounts payable) and manage payments to ensure healthy cash flow.Conduct weekly and monthly reviews and reconciliations of sales, purchases, and accounts.Oversee daily financial operations and integrate with the company’s accounting system.Manage bank accounts and payment cards, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.Prepare regular financial reports for senior management on financial status and cash flow.Contribute to developing financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
