Description
Role OverviewA hands-on SailPoint engineer who delivers technical implementation work across IIQ and ISC engagementsindependently, with the ability to own a workstream under the direction of an L8 lead. Expected to bring directdelivery experience - not observational - and contribute meaningfully from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and extend SailPoint IIQ and/or ISC including application onboarding, connector builds, and ruledevelopment.Write and maintain BeanShell rules, workflow steps, policies, and custom connectors (JDBC, flat file, REST,SCIM).Implement and troubleshoot joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle automation and access certification campaigns.Build and validate integrations with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday), directories (AD, Entra ID), andITSM platforms (ServiceNow).Produce technical design documents, configuration runbooks, and client handover documentation.Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression for IGA platform changes.Collaborate with the L8 lead on architecture decisions and flag delivery risks proactively.Required Qualifications4-6 years of IAM experience with a minimum of 3 years in direct, hands-on SailPoint IIQ or ISC delivery.Proficiency in BeanShell and Java for rule and workflow customization.Solid understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and HR system integration patterns.Demonstrated ability to work independently on technical workstreams within a larger engagement.Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable producing client-facing documentation.Preferred QualificationsSailPoint Certified Engineer or IdentityNow certification.Exposure to ISC-specific features (transforms, workflows, form builder, event triggers).Experience delivering within a global consulting or managed services model.
