Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate learning activities and positive classroom management.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.Develop children's literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills through interactive activities.Monitor, assess, and document students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.Organize educational games, creative activities, and hands-on learning experiences.Support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of students.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to promote student success.Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required.Participate in school events, professional development programs, and staff meetings.Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors in core subject with B.Ed and Montessori / Early Childhood Education.
