Embraer Services & Support / Defense (EMEA)We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contract Administrator to join our EMEA Defense Aftermarket Services and Support organization.Location: Dubai, UAEContract Administrator – Defense AftermarketMAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the contract management process within Services & Support, ensuring full lifecycle oversight.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timely delivery of milestones, and alignment with financial targets (revenue, cost, gross margin).Monitor and control financial performance of contracts, including forecasting and reporting.Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, promoting collaboration, integration and transparency.Conduct risk analysis, identify early warnings, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth contract execution.Manage customer communications with clarity and professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.PROFILE OF THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:Degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must. Arabic and/or Portuguese would be an advantage.Proven experience in administration of complex contracts, preferably in the Defense or Aerospace sectors.Solid understanding of contractual frameworks, financial metrics, and project execution.Communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.Strong leadership and situational management capabilities, especially in dynamic and complex environments.High level of organization, planning and routine management.Demonstrated flexibility, sense of urgency and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities with precision.Knowledge of Defense markets and Embraer products is a strong asset.Familiarity with PMBOK, Salesforce, SAP and/or CoPilot tools is highly desirable.Availability for international travel on short notice.
