Candidates must possess strong English communication skills, above-average height, excellent physical fitness, and professional grooming standards. Essential qualities include strong situational awareness, observation skills, judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally are required, along with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and reliability. Previous experience in close protection, executive protection, military, special forces, law enforcement, or professional security is highly preferred. Relevant security, close protection, military, law enforcement, or first aid certifications and strong professional references will be an advantage. Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred, but overseas candidates willing to relocate to Qatar will also be considered.
