Job Title: Leasing SpecialistDepartment: Business DevelopmentReporting to: Business Development Manager What you’ll be doingGreet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features and amenities.Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.Guide prospects through the leasing process, including application, screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, rent pricing, and competitor properties.Achieve leasing goals set by management and contribute to high occupancy rates.Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, outreach events, and promotional campaigns.Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and local laws.Handle resident concerns or service requests and communicate with the maintenance and management teams as needed.Support resident retention by participating in community events and building positive relationships with tenants.
