Requirements
Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, applied science, biology, or medical science, with a focus on Human Embryology
Master's degree plus advanced training on top of the Bachelor's
Valid DHA license to practice as an embryologist (mandatory, not optional)
7 to 8 years working in Embryology
Hands-on background in an IVF or Reproductive Specialty lab setting
Proven experience performing embryo transfers, fertilization, egg retrieval, ICSI, assisted hatching, and sperm preparation
Direct experience with semen analysis, MESA/PESA/TESE, oocyte and embryo culture, cryopreservation, and blastocyst grading
Familiarity with UAE Fertilization Law (ART 2019) and Dubai regulatory requirements for embryology labs
