Bachelor's Degree in *Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field*.
*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development.*
UAE experience is preferred, particularly within *construction, interior fit-out, engineering, hospitality, or other project-based organizations*.
Strong understanding of *Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training planning, competency development, and training evaluation*.
Experience in developing and managing *annual training calendars and L&D programs*.
Hands-on experience coordinating both *technical and soft-skills training*.
Good knowledge of onboarding, induction, employee development, career development, and competency frameworks.
Experience working with *LMS platforms and digital learning tools* is an added advantage.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly *Excel and PowerPoint*, for training records, reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Ability to work closely with HODs and understand departmental skill requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to employee development.
Professional, approachable, and confident when interacting with employees at different levels.
Knowledge of HR systems and performance management processes is an added advantage.
Relevant L&D/Training certification such as *CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent* is an added advantage.
