We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Engineer in the home appliance manufacturing industry to join our dynamic R&D and Engineering team in Giza, Egypt. Overview: As a Product Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our home appliance product development cycle, from conceptualization through to production. You will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and manufacturability. Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of new products and improvements to existing ones, utilizing advanced Product Design methodologies.Generate detailed CAD Drawings and 3D CAD models using industry-leading CAD Software, including specialized tools like CADWorx.Apply robust Engineering Principles to ensure product integrity, performance, and reliability.Conduct design analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate designs and predict performance under various conditions.Develop and manage bills of materials (BOMs) and create comprehensive Technical Documentation for all design outputs.Engage in Prototyping and testing phases, iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.Stay abreast of new technologies and materials, applying knowledge of Material Science to enhance product capabilities.Skills/Technologies: This role demands proficiency in a suite of design and engineering tools.
