Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field 3–7 years of professional software development experience Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Microservices architecture, and scalable system design Advanced programming skills in Python (preferred) plus one of: Node.js, Java, or C# Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Experience with SQL (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, or pgvector) Cloud deployment experience (Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Bedrock) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
