DescriptionKey Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance clinical and operational efficiencies. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and clinical operations, to ensure BI solutions meet business needs. Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Present findings and insights to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BI initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
