What you’ll be doing
The Supply Chain traineeship offers you the opportunity to experience the engine that keeps luxury retail moving. From ensuring the right products arrive at the right place and time to improving customer experiences across our brands, Supply Chain is at the heart of Chalhoub Group's operations.
Potential career pathways

Demand planning – Forecast customer demand and help ensure products are available when customers need them.
Supply planning – Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to maintain optimal stock across the business.

Warehouse operations – Learn how inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and distributed efficiently.
Inventory management – Monitor stock accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and reduce waste.

Procurement & purchasing – Support supplier coordination and sourcing processes for goods and services.
Supply chain analytics – Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improve performance.
Continuous improvement & projects – Participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency, automate processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in operational excellence.
