Job Title: Remote Operations SupervisorDepartment: Operations & Supply Chain ManagementWork Model: 100% RemoteJob Purpose:Manage and monitor the daily performance of drivers and field staff to ensure smooth operations, achieve maximum productivity and compliance, and facilitate seamless financial and administrative flow between the field and management.Detailed Responsibilities:Attendance & Readiness Management:Communicate directly via WhatsApp with field staff 30 and 15 minutes prior to shift start to ensure readiness.Escalate tardiness or absence to the direct supervisor 10 minutes before shift start for immediate action.Performance Supervision & Evaluation:Continuously supervise workflows to ensure full driver adherence throughout shift hours.Conduct routine performance reviews every 3 hours.Monitor unexplained downtime (1 to 2 hours) and report it immediately to management.Data Management & Financial Coordination:Receive end-of-day closure reports (total orders and collected cash).Accurately enter and process data using Microsoft Excel.Submit approved financial and operational reports to the accounting department within set deadlines.Qualifications & Requirements:Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management principles.Language Skills: Very good level of spoken and written English.Equipment: A personal PC/laptop and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.Personal Attributes: Firmness, strong follow-up abilities, meticulous organization, and the capacity to work under pressure remotely.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: EGP 7,500 per month.Incentives: Quarterly bonus tied to meeting performance standards and full operational compliance.
