Job TitleOperations Support, InternationalLocation:EEU - Spain (Madrid City), EI - UAE Dubai OfficeJob Summary And DescriptionProvides centralized administration and coordination support to EPRI's International Regional Managers and the International Director, covering the sales database, contract follow-up, expenses, events, scheduling, and member correspondence.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the customer relationship database end to end for all assigned regions: member contacts, opportunities, and meeting reports, entered daily from Regional Manager inputWhere needed, act as the single point of follow-up with the Contracts, Legal, and Finance teams, tracking agreement status weekly and more often on active dealsSupport customer invoicing where regional requirements applyUpdate on expense submissions and process expense approvals on their behalfAdminister internal team meetings, conferences, and exhibition booths: venue and hotel logistics, registration, speaker arrangements, and coordination with organizerArrange group travel and itineraries for customer and EPRI teams on complex tripsSupport Technology TransferSchedule calls and meetings across members, technical staff, and Regional Managers, Maintain an organized archive of meeting recordings, transcripts, and materials to support value reporting Maintain account plans and client engagement summaries linked to the customer database Maintain the central library of EPRI research program and initiative materials, acting as the reference point for locating them, and track International Director's key performance indicators for M&TS. These include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Part 810 nuclear export regulations, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). It is a critical requirement of this role that the successful candidate will have to work with export-controlled technology / information.
