Requirements
Requires 5+ years of experience in operational supply planning within FMCG/Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical industries. Must have strong practical knowledge of S&OP/IBP, Supply Reviews, inventory planning, and demand-supply management. Hands-on experience with SAP is essential, and APS experience is advantageous. Excellent Excel, analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, and presentation skills are necessary. Fluent English is required, along with strong ownership, a self-starter mindset, and project management capabilities. Experience with co-manufacturing/third-party manufacturers is a strong advantage.

Our diverse product range includes Jams, Syrups, Juices, Honey, Peanut Butter, and sourced Baby food and Baby milk from our group factories in Turkey & Europe.About the jobAt Hero, We're Hiring | BTM Supply Planning Supervisor We are looking for an experienced BTM Supply Planning Supervisor to join Hero and act as the key link between Hero markets, third-party manufacturers (TPMs), Procurement, and Commercial teams, ensuring reliable supply, optimized inventory, and excellent service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day demand and supply balancing for the BTM category across the 18-month S&OP horizon.Consolidate market demand and translate it into supply plans considering inventory targets, MOQs, lead times, sourcing rules, and freshness requirements.Coordinate forecasts and supply confirmations with TPM suppliers and lead regular Supply Review meetings.Manage inventory targets, product allocation, POs, truck ordering, and supply execution across different SAP systems.Monitor ODIF, inventory, and supply risks, proactively resolving constraints and availability issues.Coordinate product/supplier changes to ensure continuity of supply with minimum write-offs.Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, QA, and Commercial teams to resolve supply, PO, invoice, and quality issues.Drive initiatives to reduce lead times and improve supply flexibility and planning processes.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in operational supply planning within FMCG/Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical industries.Strong practical knowledge of S&OP/IBP, Supply Reviews, inventory planning, and demand-supply management.Hands-on experience with SAP; APS experience is an advantage.Excellent Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional and supplier discussions.Fluent English is required for working with international suppliers and Hero entities.Strong ownership, self-starter mindset, and project management capabilities.Experience with co-manufacturing / third-party manufacturers is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and Hero meetings.
