Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, freezing, and HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults in refrigeration and freezing systems. Monitor and adjust Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize airflow and temperature control. Lead emergency repair activities to minimize downtime in critical cooling and heating infrastructure. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations related to refrigerants. الوصف الوظيفى- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لأنظمة ووحدات التبريد و التجميد و التكييف.- تشخيص واستكشاف وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية في أنظمة التبريد و التجميد .- مراقبة وضبط أنظمة إدارة المباني لتحسين تدفق الهواء والتحكم في درجات الحرارة.- قيادة جهود الإصلاح الطارئة لتقليل توقف العمليات في البنية التحتية الحيوية للتبريد/التدفئة.- ضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح البيئية الخاصة بـالمبردات (Refrigerants)
