-Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Site Architectural Engineer with strong expertise in Fit-Out, Finishing, and Architectural Site Execution to join our team.The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in architectural site works, with a strong track record in managing and supervising interior fit-out, finishing works, and construction projects from execution through completion.-Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage Fit-Out, Finishing, and Architectural Works at the project site.Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor the quality and progress of finishing and fit-out activities.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical details.Coordinate architectural works with MEP, structural, and other project disciplines.Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.Follow up on RFIs, inspections, and technical approvals.Ensure approved materials and finishes are properly implemented.Monitor project progress and report site issues and observations to the project management team.-Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural site supervision.Strong hands-on experience in Fit-Out, Finishing, and Architectural Works.Fit-Out and Finishing experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and architectural details.Experience supervising and coordinating site activities with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines.Ability to review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.Strong knowledge of interior finishes, ceilings, flooring, walls, doors, joinery, and other architectural elements.Experience in quality control, site inspections, and resolving technical/site issues.Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Portfolio Requirement:Please ensure that you upload your updated CV along with your Portfolio when applying.
