Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization metrics.
- Balance workloads across machining cells, production lines, and work centers.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality and cost objectives.
- CNC machining systems (Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas, etc.)
- Turning, milling, grinding, and EDM processes
- GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
- APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans
- Lean Manufacturing principles
- TPM and industrial maintenance practices
- ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies, including:
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Minimize operational risks associated with machinery and equipment.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
