Responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, maintaining documentation and nursing records, and supporting implementation of clinical policies and procedures and will help monitor adherence to safety and quality standards, participate in nursing audits and performance improvement initiatives, and facilitate communication between nursing staff and other departments.Responsibilities:Prepare and manage the monthly nursing staff allocation according to unit needs, staffing levels, workload, and patient acuity.Collect, review, and coordinate staff vacation requests and ensure appropriate coverage before approval.Monitor and document staff permissions, leaves, absences, and attendance in coordination with the relevant departments.Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all nursing units and arrange replacements when required.Coordinate staff rotations, duty schedules, and shift assignments based on operational requirements.Follow up on staff attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, and overtime.Qualifications:BC Degree In health care Or Any related field.At least one year of experience in the same position. Residence in 6th of October City is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established guidelines and policies.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
