Lead and manage the Employee Engagement function across the organization and overseas branches. Set team objectives, supervise performance, and ensure business continuity. Develop and implement engagement strategies aligned with overall HR strategy. Oversee internal communication channels, meetings, and employee newsletters to ensure transparency and participation. Manage Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain talent. Measure and analyze engagement metrics (surveys, satisfaction, eNPS) and prepare dashboards and reports. Enhance employee experience by reviewing and improving HR policies and processes. Lead cultural initiatives, engagement programs, campaigns, and onboarding processes.
