Do you want to work with a team that believes in disrupting the normal, boring, and average?If yes, then this is the job you're looking for ,webook.com is Saudi's #1 event ticketing and experience booking platforms in terms of technology, features, agility, revenue serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom surpassing over 2 billion sales.Role Overview: The Governance Operations Intern supports the execution of governance processes across the organization, ensuring that trackers, documentation and coordination activities are consistently maintained and up to date.The role combines structured administrative work (such as maintaining trackers, organizing documentation, and capturing meeting outputs) with exposure to how governance operates in a fast-growing, multi-country technology company.Working closely with the PM, Operations and Governance, as well as cross-functional teams (Marketing, Event Operations, Finance, Legal, HR and IT), you will gain practical insight into how decisions are tracked, risks are managed and processes are standardized across regions.Key Responsibilities1- Governance Operations & CoordinationSupport execution of governance processes across teams and regionsTrack actions, decisions and follow-ups from governance meetingsCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and alignmentAssist in preparing governance summaries and internal reports2- Tracking & ReportingMaintain and update governance trackers, including:Policy/SOP Master SheetRisk registerIssue and action logsEnsure trackers are accurate, consistently structured and up to dateFlag missing inputs, inconsistencies or overdue actions3- Documentation & StandardizationSupport formatting and standardization of:SOPs and policiesTemplates and internal documentationEnsure documents follow naming conventions, version control and consistent structureIdentify and flag outdated, duplicated or unclear documentation4- Knowledge Management & Folder GovernanceMaintain and update the webook.com Hub (internal portal) to ensure content is accurate and up to dateSupport maintenance of centralized repositories (shared drives, internal tools)Ensure documents are properly stored, accessible and clearly ownedAssist in organizing folder structures, access and governance standards5- Governance Calendar & Follow-upsSupport management of governance calendar (policy reviews, compliance checks, internal audits)Track deadlines and send reminders to relevant stakeholdersFollow up on pending actions and updates6- Learning & ExposureExposure to how governance operates in a high-growth, multi-country tech companyUnderstanding of how decisions, risks and processes are managed at scaleHands-on experience working across Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and MarketingDevelopment of skills in documentation, tracking, coordination and structured reporting
