The successful candidate will join a young yet highly energetic team dedicated to leveraging chemistry, reaction engineering, and manufacturing principles to address pressing challenges in the water and energy sectors. The appointed postdoctoral associate will conduct independent research on COF materials, focusing on their synthesis, scalability, and practical application. Key responsibilities include designing devices, processing materials, conducting experiments, publishing high-quality research, and contributing to the group’s funding efforts. The position provides a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and engage with a collaborative and diverse research community at NYUAD. Applicants must have a PhD in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in their field (not including the years obtaining the PhD or equivalent terminal degree). Excellent device engineering, experimental, and characterization skills relevant to the project are required.
