QC Inspector – Radiator Background We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector with experience in radiator manufacturing and repair processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality standards related to radiators.Key Responsibilities:Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of radiator components and assembliesEnsure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawingsInspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and welding/brazing qualityConduct pressure testing and leak testing of radiatorsIdentify defects and non-conformities and report to QA/QC teamMaintain inspection reports and quality documentationCoordinate with production team to improve product qualityEnsure adherence to safety and quality proceduresRequirements:Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of experience in radiator manufacturing/repair industryKnowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testingFamiliar with QC tools and inspection methodsAbility to read and understand technical drawingsGood communication and reporting skills
