� Primary Purpose Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for interior fit-out jobs across retail, commercial, hospitality, and bespoke finish projects — supporting tender bids, project planning, and client proposals. � Core Responsibilities Cost Estimation & Analysis Analyze architectural and technical drawings, shop drawings, designs, and specifications to determine scope. Perform material take-offs, labor evaluations, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost sheets. Source prices from suppliers and subcontractors (often 3+ quotes per trade). Factor in project overheads, profit margin, logistics, and contingencies. Commercial and Tender Support Prepare tender submissions and assist commercial teams in bid preparation. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, planning, and design teams. Market & Pricing Insight Maintain up-to-date cost databases and supplier pricing trends (local UAE markets). Analyze cost variances and recommend efficient alternatives. Reporting & Documentation Produce clear estimate reports, presentations, and justification of cost lines. Document assumptions, risks, and exclude/ include lists for client clarity.
