Supply Knowledge & PlanningMaintain an operational understanding of key supply functions and workflows.Prepare weekly schedules ensuring that all work orders are completed on time across all divisions.Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) for all sections, ensuring completeness and accuracy.2. Supply Operations ManagementCoordinate with the sales team to confirm order status, shipping timelines, and product availability.Obtain appropriate approvals for purchase requests before processing.Support remote sales offices and personnel with order-related needs.Implement and maintain efficient order fulfillment procedures to meet customer and business requirements.Establish and monitor appropriate lead times for goods ordering and delivery.Review and validate documentation related to shipments before processing.Work effectively in global supply operations across Egypt, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Create supply operations reports monthly. 3.
