Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 20+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, including at least 3 years in senior leadership. Must have extensive experience in multidisciplinary engineering consultancies, leading large teams, and strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines, people leadership, performance management, resource planning, workforce development, stakeholder management, technical governance, engineering quality, and multidisciplinary coordination. GCC experience of 5+ years is preferred.

Hire Pals is hiring on behalf of a leading international architecture and engineering consultancy for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead its multidisciplinary Infrastructure team in Cairo, Egypt.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established infrastructure professional who combines strong technical expertise with large-scale people and resource management experience. You will lead a team of 100+ infrastructure professionals supporting major projects predominantly across the GCC markets.The role oversees multidisciplinary capabilities across wet utilities, dry utilities, roads and bridges, with responsibility for team performance, resource planning, technical governance,quality and engineering excellence.Location: Cairo, EgyptWhat you'll be doing:Lead a multidisciplinary Infrastructure team of 100+ staff across wet utilities, dry utilities, roads and bridges.Manage team performance, resource planning, capacity and workforce utilization across the infrastructure portfolio.Provide senior technical leadership, governance and quality oversight.Conduct and oversee performance evaluations, mentoring, staff development and succession planning.Support recruitment and workforce planning to maintain appropriate team capacity and capabilities.Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering delivery across Cairo and regional offices.Drive engineering standards, QA/QC, value engineering and continuous improvement.Promote Digital Engineering, BIM-enabled delivery and innovation across the Infrastructure function.Support proposals, strategic pursuits and client meetings when required.Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Discipline Leads, BIM/Digital Delivery and QA/QC teams.Ensure technical delivery remains aligned with GCC standards, authority requirements, client expectations and business objectives.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.20+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a similar senior leadership/management role.5+ years of GCC experience preferred.Extensive experience within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy environment.Proven experience leading and managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams.Strong exposure to multiple infrastructure disciplines such as wet utilities, dry utilities, roads and bridges.Strong capability in people leadership, performance management, resource planning and workforce development.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong understanding of technical governance, engineering quality and multidisciplinary coordination.Knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM collaboration platforms.Professional registration such as PE, CEng, PMP or equivalent is preferred.Master's degree is an advantage.If you have built your career in multidisciplinary infrastructure consultancy and are ready to take responsibility for the technical performance, people and continued development of a major infrastructure team, we'd like to hear from you.
