Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is a must.5–7 years of experience in architectural design.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and technical drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.Strong coordination and communication skills.Experience in Real Estate Development / Construction is preferred.
Description
The Architectural Design Engineer will be responsible for developing architectural design solutions and preparing detailed drawings throughout different project stages. The role involves coordinating architectural designs with structural and MEP drawings, reviewing technical documentation, and collaborating with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design requirements are properly addressed and implemented.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative architectural design solutions in line with project requirements and design standards.Prepare and review detailed working drawings and shop drawings.Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP drawings prior to execution.Develop and update architectural drawings and design documentation throughout different project stages.Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.Ensure architectural drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.Review drawings and design details to ensure accuracy, quality, and constructability.Support the project team throughout the design and execution phases.
