Located less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Representative – Business Services Center to join the resort's Business Services Center team.ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Process and manage business service requests, including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to support hotel operations. Maintain records, files, and reports in compliance with Wynn standards. Assist in preparing correspondence, presentations, and other business documents. Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Uphold Wynn's commitment to excellence in all interactions. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Support the Assistant Manager in implementing process improvements and maintaining compliance.
