Requirements
Bachelor's in building services / Mechanical Engineering, Chartered member of an internationally recognized professional body (e.g. CIBSE, ASHRAE). Minimum of 4 years experience in Middle East. Strong software capability and proficiency in IES, HAP, Hevacomp, AutoCAD. Excellent knowledge of local and international design standards, BS-EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE, NFPA etc. Excellent knowledge of local statutory authorities regulations and submission requirements across Middle East, mainly, UAE ,Dubai.

We are seeking for a Mechanical Design Engineer well experienced and expertise in Buillding serive / high rise residential and commericial tower projects. He / She will be required to work with a team to develop the successful projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.RequirementsPerforming design calculations for optimization and compliance of applicable standards and codesEfficient review of Mechanical systems design (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Drainage, Water, LPG) Ensure that purposed designs are following the latest energy efficient design criteriaPropose alternative design solutions to render the projects viable and within allocated budgetProvide technical assistance to concerned departments, liaison with Architect, Structural engineers, and site visits (whenever required) to support the project teamSpecific Areas Of Anticipated Technical Skills IncludeHave a good knowledge of buildability & construction techniquesDemonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environmentStrong attention to detail, team working, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven track record in building services design with different types of sectorsStrong software capability and proficiency in IES, HAP, Hevacomp, AutoCAD.
