Requirements

We are looking for a Projects Engineer to support the coordination and management of multidisciplinary engineering projects, with a strong focus on project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, proposal engineering, and stakeholder coordination.The ideal candidate will have an architectural or civil engineering background, strong communication skills, and experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Experience with high-rise buildings is preferred.The role will also provide support to business development and proposal activities while assisting design and project management functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on multidisciplinary engineering project activities and deliverables.Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure progress against agreed timelines.Develop and maintain project schedules and track key milestones and deadlines.Monitor project progress identify delays or potential issues, and follow up on required actions.Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports.Lead and organize project meetings and ensure that action items are followed up and closed.Manage communication with internal teams, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.Oversee project documentation and ensure that relevant information is properly maintained and communicated.Support and contribute to design management and project management activities.Prepare, develop, and review engineering proposals ensuring that technical content, project information, and required documentation are complete and professionally presented.Take ownership of proposal engineering activities including proposal preparation, technical inputs, and supporting documentation.Support business development activities by preparing technical and project-related information for proposals and business opportunities.Analyze project requirements and contribute to developing appropriate technical and project solutions.Monitor project deliverables and ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.Utilize relevant project management, engineering, documentation, and digital tools to manage project information and deliverables.
