“Parkville is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and all employees are expected to support these values in all aspects of their work.”Assess and drive process and technology roadmaps for IT Infrastructure and digital transformation.Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our organization's information systems and data.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and access controls.Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Oversee and manage the implementation of Odoo, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and optimizing business processes.Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements and streamline workflows.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement Odoo enhancements and improvements.Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses.Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of Odoo and associated systems.Evaluate and implement the right-fit industry products and technologies for infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and security systems.Develop and drive the technology strategy, goals, and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.Document procedures, scripts, programs, processes, and standards for future reference and effective data governance.
